THE EDUCATED AND THE SCHOOLED

Not all who are IN SCHOOL are educated, and not all EDUCATED are in school. There's a big difference between the two: it takes financial capability to be in school, but it takes more than money to be educated. To be schooled is a privilege, but to be educated is a choice.
